I bought a strange thing at auction for a rifle brass tumbler. It was called a grain steamer, all heavy wall stainless about 20 -25 gallon & 1/2" thick with a large removable door with a rubber seal. It turns with a DC 1hp I think motor & has a steam pipe ran into the center & curved agitators on the inside wall of the outside wall of the drum.
